Kira picked up a bit of his thoughts, and wrinkled her nose. "I am so totally not a child." She whined, pushing away from him. "I'm just.... Different!" Kira started to pout.

Kira perked up at the mention of icecream. "We have some? I thought I ate it all?" She looked up at him, feeling his fingers move through her now short curls.

"YAY!" Kira said, and scooted away from him, heading toward the kitchen. She opened the fridge, and rumaged through the freezer finding the ice cream, then two spoons. With that, she started back to the living room.

Deric leaned back on the couch cooly "do you think he'll be a vampire" he asked looking at her. Deric looked more tired than usual and his eyes were blood shot

"You look tired." Kira replied, brushing his question away. "Have you had blood lately?" She was concerned now, and sat the ice cream down on the table, looking at him sternly.

Deric roled his eyes "of cores i have, i'm not an idiot" he smiled and kissed her gently pulling away he grabed the icreem and eat a spoon full of it sming happly like a child would.
