"Don't worry Deric." Allie said, just as Kira had another contraction and moaned. A few more minutes went by, and she gasped.
"I think my water just broke." A slight wetness started to soak through her pants. She bent over in pain agian as another contraction swept though her body.
"Deric. I need you to carry her upstairs, or to somewhere with a change of clothes and a bed." Allie ordered sternly.

Deric obayed and carfly carried her up to her old room and sat next to her.

Kira immediatly grabbed alhold of his hand, squeezing it tight. "Deric..." she gasped, her stomach tightening. "I swear I'm never having sex agian. Never never never." Sweat was trickling down her face, her curls now sticking to her face.

Kira actually screamed with her next contraction. Allie ran into the room, with towels in her hands. Pulled off Kira's pants, and then her underwear. Sliding the towels under Kira, she inspected her lower parts. "Gosh, you're almost all the way dilated! This baby's coming fast..." A worried look spread across her face. "Kira, honey you can push for me right?" Kira nodded, biting her lip and squeezing Deric's hand tighter. "Good. I need you to do it right now." A contraction passed through her at exactly that time, and she pushed with it, moaning in pain.

Deric cringed at her screems, but contenued to hold her hand cooing softly to her.

The baby's head started to show, as Kira screamed louder. Her belly felt like it was stone, as the pain went from her back all the way around. With one last push she felt the baby slip out, but her stomach remained hard for a few seconds after that. When it let up, she breathed a sigh of relief, her breaths coming in short bursts.

Deric wiped off Kira's face and stayed near to her but his attion was on Allie. he scolded him self for his first thoughts after his babie came out thank god the screaming stopped

Allie cut the umbilical cord, and wrapped the baby in a nearby sheet. The child was of course not pretty or cute, like most babies. Instead it was red, wrinkly and at the moment, covered in blood. Even at that, Kira held her arms out, and Allie smiled. "Here. It's a boy." She grinned and placed the baby in Kira's arms. Kira's eyes immediatly lit up and she smiled at Deric before looking down at the little child in her arms. It's head was covered in a light fuzz, red in color. The eyes were what caught her though. They were pure black, and seemed to focus in on her.

Deric held Kira as she held their child. He was perfict... and Deric couldn't have been more overjoyed at this moment. This was their child.. their creation, their contibution to the world. His babie boy...

"He has black eyes..." Kira murmered, looking back at Deric. She was exhausted, the effort of holding the baby weighing down on her. Laying it down in her lap, she put her arms around it so it didn't fall, but so she wasn't holding him anymore. Tired, she closed her eyes, leaning back into Deric's arms.
Ally was immediatly there, scooping the babe up and cuddling it close to her breast. "I'll wash him, but you should get some sleep now Kira..." Kira nodded slightly already mostly asleep. "Deric, if you can, clean her up a bit and move her to another bed. This one needs washed..." Kira was now totally asleep her body leaning fully on Deric's.

Deric nodded and gently layed Kira down, he went to the bath room and got a few damp washcloths and carfily pulled Kira's cloths off and cleaned her body from the blood, the then waraped her in a blanket that was kleen and carried her in to the other bed room were he layed her down and covered her over after kissing her head. the then went back to the other bed room and gathered the bloody thing and pilled them on the floor then went looking for Ally and his son.

Kira was tired, and really wanted Deric to stay near her, but didn't call out when he left, just buried farther into the bed that they shared. Her stomach still ached with the last contractions. Curling up into a ball, she started to fall asleep.
Allie was cleaning the baby in the kitchen sink. He wasn't very happy with her, and kept trying to grab her hair and pull it. Because her hair was short, it often missed, and instead started balling. "Oh, shh." She said, picking it out of the little bit of warm water and wrapping it in a towel. He paid no mind to her, just kept screaming.

"definitely doesnt have my hearing yet" he cringed walking in "how is he?" Deric asked with a combination of fear and concern.
