He growled as the door was knocked on and he flung it open, eyes glaring daggers at the both of them. "Come in there and sit down!" Death snapped harshly, moving away an d taking a seat behing his desk. Cerberus let out a whimper, tail between his legs and heads hanging as he crawled in and sat in front of the desk. He waited for Lilly to come in as well. "Shut the door once in as well, tell me while you're late."

Lilly came in, feeling the same as Cerberus. She shut the door and took a seat in one of the chairs in front of the desk as well. She looked up at her master, preparing to explain but gathering her words first. "We're late because we fell asleep, Master Death." she explained, choosing bluntness over dodging.

"You feel asleep? Outside? I thought you were playing." Death replied, he leaned against the desk, arms folding as he watched them both coldly, he was even angry at his dog, glaring down at him and then at Lilly again. These two don't realize that you don't go out for that long and not tell em, I didn't think they'd be gone for two and a half hours.

Lilly looked down. "Yes. Yes. And we were, we just rested and fell asleep." she half lied. The last bit was a lie, but sounded believable. She just hoped Cerberus would play along. "We didn't mean to, Master Death. It was an accident." she apologized, looking up. Believe me...Please believe me...

Death slowly looked down to Cerberusand stared at him for awhile, not blinking, none of the dogs eyes blinked either. "Well Cerberus, is she lying or not." He asked the three headed dog with a raised eyebrow. Cerberus stared back. No Master, she isn't, we played fetch, she had to use a small stick though. He answered in a truthful tone and Death slowly nodded. "Don't let it happen again without telluing me first. Now leave."

"Yes, Master Death." she answered and stood up, then left. She shut the doors once Cerberus was out. Lilly slowly made her way back to her room, before wondering a lot of things. She turned to the dog. "Can you and Master Death speak telepathically?" she asked.

Yes I can, but you cn't talk o me, it kind of sucks actually. He thought and nodded one of his heads. Cerberus then cocked one head to the side in curiousity, asking why to her, he was confused on why she wanted to know.

"Just curious. And you two seemed to be conversing with no words heard." she explained and stopped in the hall to hold her stomach for a moment. Lilly shut her eyes in pain, then moved again. I need to get some food. she thought and began to go to the kitchen. "Want something to eat?" she asked.

He shook his head in decline but followed her, grabbing ahold of her shirt and helping her walk, he finally hit her with his wings and pulled her onto his large back, she was light enough to sit on hi. In the jungle the quiet jungle I ate all the lions! Those damned lions are really gay, yeeees they are!!!! Woohoo!

Lilly felt him pull on her shirt, then suddenly lift her onto his back. She held on gently, suprised, but not complaing. She grinned at the ride she got, and nuzzled Cerberus's warm fur. Once at the kitchen and after he let her down, she got something to eat and ate silently.

Cerberus sat down and then laid down on the ground, laying down on his side and his eyes closing. I'm the best! Arrrround! Nobodies ever going to get me down! I'm the best! Arrrround! He sang to himself, chuckling in his mind about the time him and Master had watched Karate kid and laughed about it hysterically while sitting on the couch.

Lilly finished and washed her dishes. She went to Cerberus, gave his belly a good rub, then pulled away. "I'm going to my room. You can come if you want." she told him then stood and began to walk upstairs to her room.

He got up quickly, following her and running up the stairs, he found her room and aited for her to get there. Once she opened the doo he ran in and jumped onto the bed, laying on the foot of it and giving a yawn, he watched her with lazy eyes. I smell a small amount of blood coming from her...

Lilly frowned. She felt an injury reopen slightly, but decided to let it bleed. She smiled at Cerberus, before disapperaing into her bathroom to shower and clean her injuries, rebandage her wounds, and then reappear in dry, warm clothes. She laid on the bed with Cerberus. "Hey...sometime this week...want to go see a friend of mine while our master is out so we can communicate telepathically?" she asked the dog. "He said I could go out, and hopefully you can come with me."

Cerberus nodded his head, he was aloud out of the house, she was supposed to take him with her everywhere she went. He yawned and crawled over to beside her and smiled, his tail wagging, he nipped gently at her thigh, pawing at it and lettig out soft growling sounds. Now I want to play! She's clean! I need a bath one of these days, so I can run outside and roll in the dirt!
