"Yeah? I like the vanilla." He said with a chuckle and looked down at his drink. "Kilians been hanging around you a lot lately?" Red asked, bringing his drink to his lips and taking a swig of it before setting it on the counter again.

He nodded and looked at her from the corner of his vision, looking thoughtful. "You two are friends, or is there something else going on?" Red asked, usually he wouldn't be so snoopy, but he wanted to know more about Killian, since the irish man was so mysterious.

"Well...He gave me...a lot of money...to do something with him...and we're still working on getting that thing accomplished," she answered honestly. "I needed the money though...Tomorrow, I'm getting fitted for a glass eye..." She didn't want to spell Killian out as a guy who couldn't get laid.

Red looked at her fully, a smirk slowly moving onto his lips. "So he paid you to sleep with him, and you're nervous about it, so you're taking it slow?" He asked rhetorically and laughed, shaking his head. "Well, that's the first time i've heard of Killian paying for a woman to sleep with him." The man commented, he knew that Killian wouldn't usually do that.

"I figured," she groaned and looked away. Nervous...That was an interesting way of putting it. Crystal's expression become one of surprise and stumpness...Nervous...She blinked and looked at the ceiling. Am I just nervous? she asked herself, taking a big drink of her beverage and looking at it. Nerves... She scratched her head. "Huh."

"Nothing, just thinking," she answered, finishing her drink and ordering another. Two was her limit, surprisingly. "Nerves..." she repeated thoughtfully and grew silent for awhile. She punched her fist into her palm and looked confident. "I'm going to lose the nerves, then, damn it!" she announced, startling the bartender.
"...You do that," he said unsurely.

Red suddenly understood and nodded his head, chuckling to himself. "Oh! I get why you looked like that now!" He said happily, chuckling to himself. "Don't force yourself to lose your nerves, just take it easy. If Killian isn't pushing you than do what you've been doing so far."

Crystal stared at Red. "Thanks..." she said, sincerely meaning it. "...I'm having sushi and stuff for dinner, do you want to have some?" Crystal felt like she'd just made a friend, and she sort of wanted company that wasn't depressing that evening. Autumn had school work to do, and she wasn't sure where Killian was...And everyone else she knew was working.

Crystal grinned and paid for her drinks. "Whenever you're ready," she said, grinning like a happy toddler. She really was in a very good mood today. She licked her lips to taste the leftover gin and tonic.
