Crystal laughed. "Yeah, I suppose you're right," she agreed with another laugh before closing her eyes and falling into a deeply relaxed state. And then sleep.

He fell asleep a couple of minutes after her, his face hidden in her hair and his hands methodically stroking her body so slowly that it had lulled him into a sleep.

Crystal woke the next morning and stayed where she was, grinning to herself. She could feel Killian's face in her hair and didn't want to wake him. So she closed her eyes and tried to get back to sleep.
Vex was at a coffee shop and enjoying a hot cup of tea by himself. His boss was going to Red's that afternoon to get to know him.

Reo was at Red's place already, laying on one of his couches, June was sitting across from her, hands folded on her lap. "So...," The older woman started,"that man that was here the other night, Vex... You and him are together?"
The shifters eyes moved to June, a deep blush spreading over her cheeks. "No, no. We're not together..." She trailed off, a thoughtful expression crossing her face as she thought about the relationship between her and Vex, then she shook her head, they weren't together, they were friends, for now.
June nodded slowly and lifted her cup of tea, taking a sip and smiling behind the brim of the cup, she enjoyed seeing the usually stoic woman become flustered over a man. "I see, well, he seemed very nice."

A tall blond-haired man approached Red's house and knocked on the door. He had a cake with him, as a gift. He was handsome, the boss was, and he was a shifter. Vex hated him though...He was just plain annoying and sneaky in Vex's opinion.

Red waked to the door and opened it up, smiling warmly at the blond man in greeting. "Hello, how can I help you?" He asked, looking the man over, his arms crossing over his chest and his head tilting to the side.
Reo walked up behind him, her face straight and her eyes narrowed, she looked over his shoulder and eyed Vex's boss, giving him a suspicious look. She sniffed, frowning slightly to herself when she smelt that he was a shifter too, and then frowning even more when she caught a faint whiff of Vex's scent on the man.

"Hello...Red, I am Snow," he greeted, accent very thick. He was some sort of Russian or 'ian' of sorts. "I wanted to meet you, since now we are doing business? I brought cake? How is your wife? And where is...Rea? Reo...Reo, yes, Reo? Vex mentioned her in passing, and I want to meet." He spoke slowly, stumbling on words since this language wasn't good for him.

"Ah! Your the boss! Wow, it's nice to meet you. My wife is doing much better. And thank you for the cake. Come on in!" Red replied happily and took the cake, he moved out of the way, revealing Reo. "This is Reo." He said and gestured to the girl before he walked past her into the living room.
Reo looked Snow in the eye and then looked away, waiting for him to come inside and then go into the living room to sit down.

Snow walked inside and smiled at Reo. He bowed slightly. "It is nice to meet you, Reo," he said, sincere. "Vex seemed to be moved by you the other night, and I was intrigued by his behaviors. Normally he isn't interested in many females....You're the first I'm aware of."

Reo hummed and moved passed Snow, shutting the door for him. "Really? Well, that's flattering." She replied and moved once again passed to him, she tilted her head, motioning for him to follow her into the living room.

She looked at Snow from over her shoulder, "I might have been." Reo took a seat on the far end of the couch, allowing him space to sit. They were seated across from Red and June.
"Snow, this is my wife, June." Red introduced and watched his gorgeous wife stand using one of her crutches and hold her hand out to the man.
She gave him a breath taking smile, her eyes glistening. "It's a pleasure to be meeting you." June said quietly in greeting.
