Coyote stood there in the dark of the stone room, a lone candle flicking on a table to his right while directly in front of him, hidden by the shadows was a man.
He looked at the man, peering through the darkness at him, his slate gray eyes bored but somehow serious. He stood straight as he listened to a quiet, relatively young voice, speaking to him.
Young as in early twenties.
Coyote was getting close to thirty now himself and actually felt old. He'd worked for a lot of his life though out in the wild, traveling from cities, villages, ports, and all around in order to make his money and survive.
"You understand, don't you? And if you succeed, keep her alive and from harm and give her to me... You will be paid very handsomely." The man in the dark spoke and Coyote gave a nod.
A jingle was heard and then a satin bag was tossed out from the dark. He caught it and hummed, tying the bag to his belt before bowing and turning away.
"If she gives you trouble though.. You have permission to... Deal with it. By force if necessary."
The corner of Coyote's lip twitched and he nodded before slipping out of the room.
It was time to kidnap a princess.

Elena got herself settled behind a tree in the court yard, grinning eagerly. Her ward was running around frantic, calling her name out and looking around worriedly. The old hag was such a pain sometimes, and she seemed to have gotten sharper over the years. She finally left the court yard which allowed the Princess to scurry through the unfilled hole in the wall that could fit most slender women and any small child and into the woods. She ran to her tree-hole, and changed quickly into boy clothes, and then raced off towards the village excitedly, her cloak hood up to hide her fair face.
She was nineteen and going on twenty soon, which meant she had been introduced to endless streams of young men who wanted nothing more than to marry her and...She sighed. She knew her place was soon to be pushing out babies and heirs and dealing with boring things such as politics and parties and saving face. She arrived at the village and slowed, grinning excitedly. WHenever she could, she chose a life of fun and freedom in the village...And lately, that had been as often as humanly possible. She went nearly every other day now.
She dropped her hood and walked through the busy village, heading first toward a baker's shop and getting some fresh bread before going to the town's center, where there was a lovely fountain and all sorts of talented troubadours to entertain those who lived her. She took a seat and listened to someone telling the tales of a dark mercenary- it was very intriguing.

He was walking through the village that lay near the castle. He would be taking her soon, once he found her that is. And it would be very troublesome to get into the castle walls and then take her in the night.
He hated that about these sorts of jobs... The initial kidnapping was always a difficult, tedious, and stressful time for him.
Coyote sighed and pulled the black hood of his cloak down further over his face when he got closer to the center of the village. He looked around and then slowly circled, taking everything in. He worked at night, so he had time to wander and enjoy the village by day.
After a while he heard some tales being told and paused, listening, crossing his arms ove rhis chest and standing near the fountain, all that could bee seen of his face was his nose, light lips, and his hair covered chin. From under the hood his eyes roamed around, searching until they landed on someone, a fair skinned, dark haired someone. His eyes narrowed and he stared in his inconspicuous way at her, waiting to see any abnormalities between her and the other village people.

The girl clapped and booed and cheered at all the right parts with the children, picking at her bread as the tale went. She glanced up and frowned when she saw one of the princes atop his horse moving through the village. Some children ran over to go check him out and women in the villlage swooned...She stood and strode into a tavern to get out of sight, also pulling her hood up. She fit in with the crowd inside the tavern, and settled in the back with a glass of water and some sandwich.

Coyote arched an eyebrow and then followed, striding after her and into the tavern, ordering himself a drink and sipping it near the bar. He watched where she was, even though his head was turned a different way.
After a while he finally went over and took a seat across from her, "You mind if I sit here?" He asked huskily, off-handedly. There wasn't anywhere else in the tavern to sit anyways, it was crowded. So it probably wouldn't seem out of the norm for him to come over and sit with her.

Elena glanced up and nodded, but didn't speak. She sipped her water and took a bite of her sandwich, looking to the door when a knight peered amongst the drunken masses but quickly dismissed that the princess was there. She refrained from grinning in pleasure at escaping yet again.

"You don't look like you should be here." He spoke suddenly, perceptively. Coyote leaned forwards, his face shadowed by the hood still. He checked out how fair she was and licked his teeth. "And in mens clothes too..." He scratched his neck with his dirty fingernails and leaned back into his seat again.

Elena looked at him, frowning. "Well, my husband doesn't like it when I go out alone...I decided that if I wore men's clothes, some men wouldn't look twice at me other than the pretty face. I usually go unnoticed, I'm surprised you're watching," she replied and smiled. "My husband is less apprehensive about me wandering about since I've dressed like this in public...Alas, I won't be able to go out much very soon...I found out I'm expecting, and have been treating myself to a nice day before I'm confined to the bed," she admitted- a lie, of course, but it fell from her lips naturally as if she was speaking the truth.

He listened, humming and nodding his head slowly. "If I were your husband I wouldn't be allowing you to wander around by yourself, certainly not while expecting either..." The man hummed and tapped his chin, sounding very casual and lookig very casual. "You look familiar to me, have we met before?"

Elena shrugged. "I highly doubt it- I've lived her my entire life, and I've never seen you around here before...but perhaps you've traveled through here before and I missed you," she replied and stood. "You are right about not traveling while expecting though, it is getting rather late out...I should return to my husband," she said and dismissed herself quickly. She got outside and made sure no one followed her before disappearing into a crowd, and then into the forest. She ran to her tree-hole and started to change again, stumbling over her gown and into the grass, laughing and red- she'd panicked. Something about that man had frightened her. She glanced at the castle walls and sighed- back to hell, she supposed. She went to a nearby berry bush first thing though- deciding she could have some berries as a treat before going to dinner. It was about 3 in the afternoon.

He'd watched her leave and then he'd followed after her, running through the forest quickly, making sure to say far enough away and concealed behind trees so she wouldn't see him. He had knew it! ha! This would be easiar than he'd thought it was going to be. When she slowed down he did too and then he stood, hiding close by as she changed her clothes, watching her, his lean body hidden by a thick tree.
When she went to the berry bush he took his chance, moving up behind her and grabbing her, one arm around her waist and the other covering her mouth. "You're very good at lying, you know that, princess?" He asked her softly, holding her close to his muscular chest.

Elena's cheeks rosied up very quickly and she squirmed- recalling how dirty his hands had been. She pushed those thoughts to the back of her head and started to bite at his hand and pinch his legs- she was confined and could only move so much after all. One hand did find the junction in his pants and she grabbed hold as tightly as possible, remembering that privates were very sensitive (and also self-defense she'd been taught was, if necessary, kick between the legs and nose). SHe launcehd her head backwards to try and head-butt him.

He set his chin on her shoulder and leaned over her hard, bending her over harshly and knocking her to the ground. He struggled and then he got her to let go of his crotch before turning her around. Coyote kept her mouth covered and laid between her legs. He grabbed onto her wrists, holding them with one hand and pinning them to the ground. "That wasn't nice, princess... Really not nice." He commented but didn't sound angry. He had patience and a lot of it.

Elena screamed in frustration- and fear- against his and and continued her struggles. She lifted her legs over him and began kicking and screaming more into him- mostly kicking though, since screaming wasn't going over well at all. "Lm mif GOF!'

"This isn't going to work out well if you keep freaking out, princess." Coyote spoke smoothly and shook his head at her. "I guess we're going to have to do this the tough way." He frowned and let go of her wrists and pinched a nerve in her neck, knocking her out. He got off of her and then hefted her up, tossing her over a shoulder and walking over to the tree where she'd put her other clothes, he grabbed them out and put the clock on her before settling her over his shoulders again. He walked through the forests and then he moved around the outskirts of the village, going to go and grab his horse.
