((No, it's just Lacey and the six biker dudes))
"There's nothing to work out. We have done nothing wrong and you have no evidence to prove otherwise." Boss guy was an expert at getting out of trouble.

Jay continued towards the boss with his handcuffs. Jus tien more steps... "Well, I witnessed your henchmen sexually assault that young woman behind the bar there. That's a crime. She was forced to the ground by your henchmen. That's physical assault, and that's a crime. Do you have a license for that gun in your pocket that you were so proud of earlier? If not, well, there's another crime. Are you resisting arrest, sir? I'm afraid that ain't a misdemeanor." Jim knew his stuff, and he'd dealt with tougher guys than this one. "As for evidence, I have the testimony of a police officer and a detective, both with clean records, the testimony of that young lady, the broken glass all over the floor -this bar is private property, to abuse it is a crime- all the fingerprints on the glass, and, to top it all off, I am always bugged while on-duty. This entire episode has been taped." Jim moved to the door. "It would behove all y'all to cooperate."

"Lacey's not gonna press any charges and besides, you're the one who said to drop her. He was just following your orders.I grabbed the gun off of her and the guns definitely not liscenced to her. Lacey's finger prints are on the glass too, you weren't here when it got broken." he pointed out.

"You're grasping at straws, Mack. There's little you can do here. The glass is broken in a directional formation; it had to have been thrown, and thrown by someone bigger than her. As for whether Lacey here will press charges or not, that's up to her. I have a feeling that even if she doesn't, the owner of the bar will." Jim was tiring of arguing with the biker. The gun in his hand was heavy, but he kept it trained on the guy closest to the door. "Geev me yewr hends," Jay told the boss guy. "Yew ar under arrest for physical assault, baerink a vepon visout a licence, and resistink a police officer."

The guy sighed and held out his hands in a way that made it appear as if he was giving in. He go with them without a problem. He looekd over at Lacey with a grin on his face. "'You'll come bail us out, right Lacey babe?" Lacey stared at the floor and didn't respond.

"Yew hev teh right do remain sielent," Jay said pointedly, staring up into the face of the boss as he strapped the handcuffs on the guy. "Anysink you say ken and vil be used against you..." Jim walked to the other henchmen and began to handcuff them as well, but at some point he looked over his shoulder to give a queer glance at Lacey. "You have the right to remain silent," he began, looking back at the henchman.

Eyes downcast Lacey walked into the back room once again, hung up the phone and grabbed a broom and dustpan so she could start cleaning. She walked back out into the main room once all of the men were handcuffed. She was going to wait until she got an okay to start cleaning though. She didn't plan on telling Sean about what happened and she wasn't going to press any charges but she figured she might as well wait incase they wanted to take pictures for evidence or something. Lacey didn't really know too much about how those sort of things worked.

"Don't touch any of that!" Jim exclaimed when he saw her with a broom and dustpan. Then his expression softened, and he smiled. "Sorry, we do need it for evidence." He walked over to her. "You okay?"
Jay led the group of biker dudes to the car. It seemed odd how conveniently compliant they were with the whole 'arrest' thing...

Lacey was shaken enough from the night's events that she flinched at Jim's exclamation. "Yeah, I'm fine." she mumbled to him, her eyes still down. She was chewing on her lower lip while her fingersperiodicly squeezed onto the handles of the broom and dustman for something to do.
Arrests were alays good for street cred, plus this would probaly lull Lacey into a false sense of security. The men weren't concerned about getting locked up for very long.

"Look," Jim began, then laughed awkwardly. "I'm sorry. I have to ask you a few questions... You know." He looked into Lacey's eyes. "Protocol."
Jay figured Jim would clean up the mess at the bar, and if his partner needed anything, he would call using the bar's phone. Jay certainly was glad he no longer had to be inside that bar. He reflected on this as he drove the men downtown.

Lacey gave an understanding nod and walked around the bar so she could sit on one of the stools, just incase the questioning took a while. She looked up enough to show that she was ready to answer whatever questions he had. She hoped it wouldn't take too long though, the bruised side of her face was begining to swell.

Jim followed her to the table and took the seat opposite of hers. "Listen," he began haltingly, "do you... know... any of those guys who accosted you?"

Lacey was clearly confused by the emphasis on the word 'know'. "What do you mean?" she questioned.

"Well, they certainly seemed familiar with you," Jim replied. "Any past relationships, or maybe family?"

"Oh... No, I don't know any of them like that. They've just always been down the street, since before I started working here." she answered.
