By now, Lilly was entering the forest. She was a fast hiker. She tripped and rolled down a small hill, her cloths getting snagged and torn, and getting small scrapes on her body and leaves in her hair. She cursed, and stood, continuing onward. She wondered if White had gone inside yet, or if he was still fuming outside. She decided it was her fault for making him so mad, and it really was this time. I should have just kept my trap shut. NOt that it matters...He was sending me back anyways.

He took his cellphone out of his pocket, phoned Killian and told him about what had happened with him and Lilly. After a while of talking he hung the phone up and stated treking still. Killian's nose is the best, so if Lilly's anywhere around the meadow, he'll find her. White thought to himself and started to walk even more quickly in the diection he thought Lilly went in.

~Night~
Lilly found a log that was hollowed out enough inside that she'd fit in it. She pulled on her thickest clothing item- a hoodie, then crawled into it, pulling the hoodie around her face for some protection. She used her bag as a pillow. It was very dark, and very creepy in the woods at the late hour. It was almost nine at night, although early to most, it was still very creepy to be in a forest at that time. It got darker as clouds hovered overhead, not very threatening, but making her area even darker. She hummed a slave-lullabye to herself and eventually fell asleep in the log.

Killian was trudging around in his Barghest form through the forest, his flaming red eyes looking around and his teeth bared. He could smell Lilly in the forest and started to trot across the muddy ground to find her. White was following along quickly, after ten minutes more of searching they found the log she was in and started to try to figure out what to do then.

Lilly feigned sleeping when she heard someone approaching. It sounded like...a dog, or an animal of some sort? She hoped it wasn't wild. But there was a person, so she figured it was a pet of some sort. She listened to hear what they were doing, appearing to be asleep.

Killian sniffed at the log and then stuck one of his gigantic clawed paws into one of the ends, scratching curiously inside but not touching Lilly. White watched for a few moments and hummed softly to himself. "I can't believe she ran away from me like that...[/i] The man murmered under his breath to himself and stared down at it.

Lilly continued her act, but heard herself get angry in her head. I did not run away from you. she thought, shifting in her 'sleep' to get comfortable. I left. You were sending me away anyways, so why'd you bother looking for me? Is it those 'feelings' you have for me? she thought, frowning in her 'sleep.'

"Pfft... I was even thinking about keeping her and trying to help her out... But she obviously doesn't want to be around me." White said and was given a growl from Killian whom then turned back into normal. "So, you'd better get her out of that log, before I decide to." He said, he sounded cranky, and cranky Killian was not good for ones health.

Lilly frowned. So he'd changed his mind? Possibly? Fantastic. Now she'd ruin it. Lets just add to the guilt and pain. She shifted again and pretended to 'wake up.' She rubbed her eyes which wasn't necessary. "White?" she called out, since she couldn't really make him out in the dark. She was playing it up a lot, but for once her lying was pretty good. "What are you doing here?" She started to scoot out of the log.

"I came to find you Lilly, because you left." White said, clearly oblvious to her lying, he was very naive though at times. Killian on the other hand knew she had been awake the entire time and was watching her boredly. "Come back home with me, I want to speak with you... Calmly though this time." White told Lilly truthfully.

Lilly almost asked why, but he had continued to explain that he wanted to speak to her back home, calmly. HEr shoulders sagged and she nodded. "Okay, White." SHe was all the way out of the log, and her bag was wrapped around her body. One couldn't see how banged up and dirty she was in the dark- if they were human. She stood, her back popping as it did so.

Killian and White both watched this quietly. "Alright, i'll lead you two out of here, then i'm going to bed, and if you wake me up again, head will be rolling." Killian grumbled, and started leading them out of the forest. white wouldn't look directly at Lilly, rather upset with her at the moment but not saying anything about it.

Lilly followed silently, keeping her gaze low. She felt bad for eavesdropping, and even worse for doing the stuff he was angry with her. She felt bad for getting mad earlier, and knew she'd feel worse later that evening. She knew she wouldn't be able to keep calm if his talk would involve...emotional things. She was trying to distance herself once more.

They got out of the forest soon enough and Killian departed them quickly. White took Lilly back to the house without saying a single thing to her at all. He unlocked the front door when they got there and let Lilly in before he went in, as he usually did. "Would you feel better if we spoke tomorrow?"

Lilly sighed and shook her head. She didn't wnat to say what she thought, since it sounded rude even though that wasn't intentional. The outcome would be the same, so why bother delaying it?
