After just recently ruining another person's life and reducing them to tears and begging, Vesp was prowling about the streets looking for another potential victim. He was walking around in his default guise: A browned haired, browned eyed, white male, not too tall or too short, nothing about him special or distinguishing. His head was down as he pulled his coat tighter around him, eyes alert and scanning the crowd.

Kat ran around in her cat form. She was a healthy looking cat but appeared to have no owner when in this form. Her fur was an odd brown color, light, yet with dark patches that made it unique. It was almost yellow where it was light. Her eyes were amber. She slowed to a walk, not too far behind an odd smelling human male. Hm...He smells not-human.

After walking for a few blocks without seeing anyone interesting, he took a detour through the park and headed back home.

Kat followed, feeling quite bored and to awake to go home. She decided to play up her act and see if he'd feed her. Free food- always good. She ran up and mewled at him.

He glanced down at her. He reached down and scratched her head, then kept walking. Though he liked cats better than dogs, it wouldn't do to have a pet. Animals reacted oddly around him.

Kat followed, rubbing up against his leg and purring.

He was suprised the cat was so persistant, and in such a pleasant way as well. He scratched her head again, and looked at her intently. He had a nagging feeling this was no ordinary cat, but ignored it for the most part.

She mewled again, giving him a look that said feed me.

He knelt down and looked the cat in the eye. He changed the color of his eyes to yellow, then red, then back to brown. It was his favorite trick to use on drunks, and it usually freaked people and animals out.

Kat's fur bristled, and she backed away, then hissed and pounced, claws extended out.

As he was staring into the cat's eyes, he thought he saw a glimpse of intelligence. Not bothering to move, he looked at the cat and said, "Quit hiding in that form." He didn't know if there was anything about the cat, but at worst, he was just talking to an animal.

Kat scowled and scratched his face, then moved off of him, changing forms into a fairly attractive woman. She glared at him. "And what are you?"

As the wounds she inflicted healed and the blood sank back into his skin, he changed his eyes to a steel grey and replied, "I'm nobody."

"Hm...And I'm going to guess you aren't quoting Emily Dickens, right?" she said, tone sarcastic. "And waht the heck, man? Scaring an innocent hungry free-lancing cat-girl? I just wanted some food..." She glared at him, and then pointed to her stomach which was growling.

"Very well, you may accompany me to my place for some food." He stood up and changed his eyes back to normal. Another shape-shifter. Of a minor degree, but still, she could be some fun.
