The dark shadow crouched atop the golden palace, mimicking the stone dragons that lined the archways. His swirling silver gaze roamed the night, the pouring rain creating tiny diamonds falling in the eyeliss dark.
His red trench blew around him in the soft breeze, making him seem like a god, or demon. And in truth he was both. Or, at least truely one while having the charactistrics of the other.
His fist clenched over his sword strapped to his hip, his hand itching to pull it from it's scabbard, to see the familiar slip of crimson upon it's blade.
"Soon." He whispered to it gently. "Soon."

Faye had finally pulled herself away from the large dinner that was going on in the gigantic dining room. She sighed, closing the door to the dining room behind her and looking around the palaces corridors, it was such a huge, elaborate place. The elf scoffed and headed down the hall way and went to the grand staircase, no one at all was around, not even the servants, so she ran up the stairs and then stuck her tongue out at them.
I hate it here, freaking stupid place... Why do I have to stay here, I don't even want to be a freaking council member. The elven woman thought and flipped her rainbow colored hair over her shoulders and licked her pierced lips slowly, she had a slightly bad feeling for some reason at the moment... It was kind of weird. Faye ignored it though, deciding it wasn't important to her.
Faye walked for almost fifteen minutes, going down various hallways and up stairs until she finally came to a set of double doors. She opened them up and walked in, shutting them behind her and looking around her large room. It was decorated lavishly in dark colors, there were a lot of odd gadgets and trinkets in there and some lava lamps and other random retro things.
She whistled and walked over to her king sized bed and flopped down onto it, staring up at the ceiling, she was glad that no one ever came to bother her except for her mother and father. "Stupid elven society, no one even thinks I can do this, and I don't want to anyways..." The woman groaned lowly and sat up and then got off of the bed to go over to her book shelf and grab something to read.

The shadow landed on the balcony, silent and calm. His silver eyes gazed around him a moment before moving to open the large double glass doors. As the cool air of the room hit him he crouched low, before gazing into the room.

Faye was standing where she was able to be seen by the man, her sunflower eyes half lidded as she leafed through the book she had chosen. She was muttering curses under her breath, and every now and then she'd smile or laugh at herself for something funny she had thought of.
She turned sharply around and walked over to her head to take a seat on the edge of it, her long colorful bangs falling down in front of her eyes, she had that sudden bad feeling again, the hair on the back of her neck was standing straight up, she fel shivers run down her spine and let out a laugh of delight, she found the feeling very amusing.

((lol. kk. you gotta let me kill ya? kay? it's okay tho. u won't stay dead for long.))
The shadow entered the room without a sound, his silver eyes narrowed on is target. He couldn't even see her face, but he didn't care. Anyways; he was sure he would have been preoccupied by her exstremely strange rainbow locks to even pay attention to her face.
Without a sound he crept up behind her, and unsheathed his sword. Raising it high above his head. There was a moments pause, before he brought it down, into the woman's back, and out her stomach.

(( !!! Oh no! Haha, alrighty... *sighs* Poor Faye)) Her eyes snapped open widely at the feeling of the blade going threw her body, blood plurted out of her mouth and onto the pages of her book. Faye's mind slowly concluded what happened before her eyelids slipped closed and she fell over onto her side, her life slipping away from her grasp.

He pulled the blade from her back, relishing in the swift sound of it leaving her body and stared down at the crimson. It was so beautiful. So...real.
Turning he whipped the blade off on a nearbye couch, and slid it back into its scabbard, sensing it's calmness after the kill.
That had been easy. He thought. With a bored gaze he stared down at the girl, glimpsing a bit of her face.
She was pale, with a finely placed bone structure, and full pink lips.
He paused then, his eyes narrowing. With a hesitant step forward he layed his hand on her shoulder, and turned her on her back.
What he saw drew him up short, his breath leaving his lungs in a gasp of suprise.
No...it couldn't be....
Without thinking he feel to his knees beside the girl, grasping her face in his hands, staring down at her hard.
It was impossible...but it was her.
With a stiffled cry of alarm he pulled her roughly against him, his hand coveirng the wound on her stomach.
"Heal!" He bit out, a command, to who he was unsure.
Beneath his palm a pale blue light began to glow, and he coudl feel the heat as the wound began to heal itself.
Now all that was left was the heart.
Ripping her shirt open he pressed his cold hand against her warm skin, his breath leaving his lungs as he closed his eyes and concentrated deep.
There was a moment of silence before the electric zap filled the air, and her body arched against his hand; as he shocked her heart.
There was nothing, no beat.
Crying out in frustration and anger he charged her heart again, his silver eyes narrowed dangerously. "Live, dammit!" At his last zap he stilled, hearing a shallow beat in his sensitive ears.
Sighing in relief he stood, the girl in his arms, and walked to the balcony and out into the night. Then vanished.

She stayed completely thoughtless for a long while, her body just charging back up from what had happened to it.
Faye could feel air hitting her chest and was incrediably confused, since she still had her black bra on and also sinc she hadn't warn a button up shirt or took her shirt off. She gave a soft moan of thought but her eyes stayed closed. Her thoughts moved to what had happened and her eyebrows furrowed together a little, she remembered getting stabbed right through the stomach, but at the moment she felt fine, cold, but fine none the less.
"... The fuck?" The elven woman cursed and question and let out a sheepish laugh at herself, and sighed softly after words, a few chuckles still passing out her lips, slowly her eyelid rose to reveal her very colourful sunflower eyes, but she was sort of dazed and couldn't see perfectly straight... She gave another laugh, not really worried at all about anything, she tried not to stay serious when a ituation like this occured.
