Smiling, Serenity took him by the hand and led him down the path leading to the city. It took them about an hour to reach the city, and when they did the streets where still desolate and the street lights were still on. "We've got about 3 hours before the sun rises." she said, looking down at her watch.

"Lets go ice-skating." she said, changing the direction she was walking in. "wow, this is soo weird- doing anything at this time of day."

"do you need sleep?" he asked. for the first time he considered she may need rest, and sleep. Had she been up for nearly two days straight. "Maybe we should go to your house." He also had his suitcase with him.

"No, no." she said, not wanting to ruin his first night in the city. "Lets go ice-skating. You'll ove it." she said as they arrived in front of the ice-skating rink. "Have you ever skated before?" she asked.

Walking into the rink, she rented them each a pair of ice-skates and showed him how to lace his up. Helping him to walk towards the enterance of the ice-rink, she went out onto the ice first, almost falling over when her skates made contact with the ice.

He cried out in shock. "Don't do that again." he said.He held out his heand to her, making sure she was okay. He really didn't like this. It was too slippery, and just plan weird.
((Just so you know. I'm going to church camp until friday...so I won't be on here for a couple of days. Sorry for any inconvenience.))

He followed her as best as he could. "Whoa." he said. This was not working. "this is awkward." he said. He looked around himself. "And cold."

((Yes and no. For the most part it was a complete disaster, but ther services were good.))
"Do i not smile often enough?" he asked. He tried to make it a point to smile in front of her. He didn't usually on his own, but he tried to seem pleasent enough.
