Kyle turned to her and cleared his throat with a smile. "Just follow me". He said as he began leading her down the hallway. "I assume that you already know whats really going on here, so I'll go ahead and give you a few pieces of advice. Now, though this is a santuary that doesn't mean that there aren't some bad people here. Don't fret none of them work for us, but some of the people that may come in can get a bit moody now and again. Especially when they know that a human knows of they're existance. And they'll know, because we don't hire humans unless they have somehow discovered our secret. In a way it's kind of us protecting them; as well as watching to make sure that our existance doesn't get out." He turned to her with apologetic eyes then. "Not that I think you would tell anyone about us, if Dimitri trust's you then we trust you as well."

"Gotcha," she said, having had a similar conversation with Dimitri earlier. "So what am I doing, exactly?"

"Well," Kyle said going down the stairs and taking a turn to the kitchens. "First you'll meet the cook." He said as a man with long dark hair in a pony tail turned, whipping his hands on the apron at his waist. "This is Josef, he's been with us for about five years now. His food taste like shit but he's a pretty nice guy."
The man named Josef threw a rag at Kyle, a smirk on his lips. "Not funny, Hombre'." He said in a thick accent. "My food is the best on this block. Ask anyone."
Turning to her Josef bowed slightly. "Hello senorita, the boss wants you to serve the tables, so I'm to give you an apron and tray."

"Nice." Josef said, grabbing a black apron from under a counter and throwing it at her. "There's an small nopetad in there for you to take down the orders; the the trays are sitting on a roller tray just out the doors. The menu's are taped to the tables so you won't have to carry any with you." He grabbed a plate of barbeque and fries and handed it to her. "While your on your way out deliver this to table 5. They're in your section. They're three waitress here, one takes each corner of room. You got the upper right after heading directly out; or in other words tables 1-7. If you look down you'll see yellow tape seperating the sections."

Sam nodded her head to each direction, memorizing as quickly as possible. "Got it....Got it....Got it..." she kept saying when he told her where and what was to be done. She took the tray and headed on out.

Outside the bar was bustling with activity. There was a live band on stage rocking out, and people before them dancing to the music. A leg could even be seen suddenly emerging from the heads of the crowd, signifying that someone was crowd surfing.
While the few tables that were in the bar were all full; mostly with bikers in black leather and women in scantly clad outfits, but there was also the occasional straight laced abracrombie model lookalikes who most likely had stumbled in out of sheer curiosity, or perhaps a dare of some kind.
There were a group of about five near the bar, ordering drinks. The males turned to glance at Sam as she walked out, they're eyes raking her form up and down and then back again.

Sam strode over to the table she had been instructed to go to and set their food down. She asked what they needed before going to their other tables and getting the other orders and returning to the kitchen with them. She ignored the looks she got from the men.

Josef smilled at her when she came back. "See, not that had is it Senorita." His gaze became quizzical then. "If you don't mind me asking how is it that you came to be with Dimitrius. Now a very friendly guy that one. Or usually not. You seem to be an exception." He said with a grin.

She shrugged. "I don't know...I'm a telekin, so that might have something to do with it..." she answered, scratching her head in confusion as well. "Hey, so if it gets backed up, would I be allowed to use my abilities to get some of the stuff out faster?" she asked, thinking about floating things to tables if it was ever too busy.

Josef laughed. "If there were no humans in the bar im sure boss wouldnt have the least bit a problem with that. People can't know that we exist, you know. It would be dangerous for us all. We already have people searching to harm us."

She looked sad at that. "They are?" she asked, tilting her head to the side. "I guess I'm lucky I"m here then?" she asked, unsure now.

Josef turned to her with a smile. "Don't worry Senorita, we'll make sure that nothing happen's to you here. You are safe with us."
Suddenly there was a commotion comming from outside and Josef swore sharply in spanish before stomping past her and out of the kitchen.
"I told ya'll one more time and you'd have to leave!" He barked out at the group of guys surrounding the bar.
"Hey we're only trying to have some fun here, man!"
"It's alright." Said Alice, one of the barmaids from behind the bar. "I can handle this Josef."
"That's right wetback, the lady said she could-" Josef's eyes glared a dangerous black and for a second it seemed he was going to step forward and attack the men, but suddenly a fist shot out and impaled itself in the guys face, making him fall from his stool and onto the floor.
"We don't take any form of racism here now get the hell out!" Alice said angirly from behind the bar which she was presently beginning to climb over.
The men turned an astonished stare to her before bending to help they're guy up and leading him out the door. "This isn't over!" One of them cried before they were out the doors.
Josef shook his head with a tsk, but his face held a smile. "You're going to have to learn to control that temper one day."
Alice turned to him with a crooked smile. "You know that if you would have done it mama would have kicked you out. I just did you a favor."
Josef shook his head with a smile, a gleam of admiration in his eyes before turning and returning to the kitchen.
"Yeahhh, that happens sometimes here." He said to Sam. "But don't worry they're only pesky humans-" He turned to her with a bashful smile. "Sorry, I meant no offince."

Sam shrugged. "Hey, it's not an offense...Humans are kind of pesky," she agreed, sad that her species sucked so hard. "They've given me trouble before too."

Josef laughed at her, handing her some plates of food. "You know, I like you. I hope you stay on full time here. It would definatly be interesting." He said with a wink.
