((so...i don't have this character officially made yet, but i'll get to that eventually, lol. i'll send you a make-shift one if you'd like?))
Crystal played with her short pony-nub absently as she waited in line for some coffee. Crystal was short- standing at 5 foot 2 inches and small in almost every porportion. Her hair fell almost two inches above her shoulders and was platinum blonde, and she had big blue eyes and long lashes. She looked very much like a little doll.
Crystal had one interesting trait that gave her some advantage amongst most humans- some knew how to protect themselves from it- and this was telepathy. She could usually read thoughts. She tried not to, but she got bored very easily.
She took a step forward as the line moved and she counted her change. Just enough for a small cup, then I can make it to Auntie's apartment. she thought. Crystal lived with her aunt now. She'd been dumped in foster home after foster home after being dumped on some doorstep when she was an infant. It was nice to know someone she was related to.

Mansor craved coffee, now. It was almost as bad as his craving for blood only it was coffee... he opened the door of the cafe' only to see the long line of people. Damn it! he thought and looked through the line till he spotted a group of girls near the front. They'd do. He pushed through the line towards the girls.
Bump!
He hit a girl back further in the que
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to hit you..."

Crystal stumbled forward slightly, her change droppping and jingling. She flushed and glanced up at the guy. "It's...fine," she said quietly and knelt down to pick up the change. She counted what she had and sighed. She was missing almost 60 cents. She started to look for the dimes.

Mansor bent down to help her with the coins. This could work too, she wasn't that far behind the other girls. He picked up a couple of coins for her. "Here, I'm sorry, how much did you loose?" He asked trying to see if he could find more. "I don't particularly know the coins you have here..."

"Um..." She recounted after he'd started to help. Boy, he was handsome. "45," she answered and spotted her nickel. "Make that forty...It was mostly dimes." Crystal looked around again, lips pursed slightly as she tried to find one. Someone behind her was getting pissed at the guy for causing a holdup. Well, screw that guy.

Mansor turned as the guy behind him cursed as him. He stared directly into the other mans eyes. "Just as well you don't really want coffee, or else you wouldn't want to walk out of the shop." Mansor murmured to him. "Why don't you leave." The mans face went blank and he muttered about not wanting coffee before turning and walking out of the shop.
Mansor spotted another coin where the man had been sitting and snatched it up before someone stood on it. "Here. Let me pay for your coffee, its the least I can do for pushing you over."

She waved a hand in front of her, smiling. "Nah, it's all right!" She answered, thinking about how weird it was that the guy had left after the man had said something to him. She shrugged that off and smiled. "I only need three more dimes, so no big deal. I'm sure I'll find them...I should get out of the line though," she rambled and giggled to herself.

"At least let me give you the dimes you lost..." He took out his wallet. "These are dimes, right?" He asked picking out a coin. American money was so... weird.

She blinked. Okay, so he really meant that he didn't know what kind of money it was. Weird. Really really really weird. "Um...That's a quarter, and that's a dime, so that's perfect!" she answered and smiled. "Thanks, Mister."

"Mister?" Mansor flinched. "I'm not that old am I?" Technically, yes you are he thought to himself. "I'm Mansor." he smiled and held out his hand.

"No!...Um...I just like to say Mister, uh...Mansor," she said. "I'm Crystal." She shook his hand and stood up. She looked around the shop silently.

He smiled at her. Alone. Without a friend to back her up. Perfect. "So what kind of coffee you after?" He asked lining up behind her successfully cutting three quarters of the line.

"Um.....Black," she answered, looking ahead at the line which started to move again. she was third in line now, which made her antsy. She loved coffee. She also wanted to hurry to go home- it was getting pretty late, and her aunt freaked out when she wasn't home before curfew.

Mansor smiled to himself. "I myself like cappuccino with an extra shot," Mansor talked as if she wanted to converse with him. "You have to pay for the extra shot but its worth it. He watched the group of girl leave. Damn some of them would be good for a night...

"Yeah, I suppose," she agreed and moved up again. She double checked her change before it was her turn, and then- much to manys irritation- counted it out before ordering her black coffee. Once it was up, she turned to Mansor. "Thanks for the change. Enjoy your coffee." Crystal started out of the coffee shop, sipping her coffee as she headed out. She paused at the door to zip up her pink Hollister hoodie and to text her Auntie that she was on her way home.
