Gil came in finally and looked at her. He stripped down into his resting clothes and laid beside her. "Hey," he greeted, "HOw are you?" hea sked, putting a hand on her belly and grinning. "So...are you staying?"
Lilly was eating dinner with Melody and Bryce. Izzy was sleeping in her crib nearby. They were having stew for dinner.

'Yes, i'm staying." She answered, looking at him and then down at his hand. "Did you find anything interesting today, Gil?" Aveline asked, changing the subject to something a little easiar to converse about.

Gil shook his head. "No, nothing good or interesting. We almost killed two people," he answered and kissed her gently. "I'm glad you are staying."

"I think i'll go with you guys next time." Aveline said, she really didn't think that they could do much by themselves. She raised a hand and touched his eye-patch, she smirked a little. "So, Captain, is it disgusting under there?" The woman asked suddenly, eyes bright with interest.

Gil shrugged. "I don't know, I don't check...It's just skin, I think," he said and flipped it over. It was just skin and a little scar from where it healed. "And we'll have to take a new route...But we honestly weren't finding anything."

Aveline looked at the skin and pouted, she let her fingers graze over it and then she touched her scared cheek. "Damn it, and I thought it'd be really nasty." Her scar still beat it, since it was bigger and unable to be hidden. "A new route sounds like a good idea..."

Gil smiled at her. "I can show you a nasty scar," he offered softly.

"... Okay." She murmured, wanting to see it, she still thought all of hers beat his though, hers were morbid, it was really disgusting really when one looked at all of them on her back, all of the little etchings and symbols that weaved together. "I wanna see it."

He pulled off his pants and then showed her this nasty scar that looked like a shark had bit it, and then a unicorn had tried to fuck it with its horn. "I got that from my brother. He thought it'd be funny to hack my leg up."

Aveline stared at it, trying to judge on whether or not it was worse than hers, well, it was pretty fucking nasty. "I'm surprised I didn't notice that when I gave you a blow job that one time, then again it was pretty dark." She murmured, she decided that it was worse than all of her scars.

"Yeah," he agreed, "And my skin is also pretty dark too, so it'd easy to miss." Gil pulled his briches back up and laid back down.

She laid down again too, biting her bottom lip thoughtfully. "Is there anything that you're still curious to know about me at all, Gil?" Aveline asked, she still had this feeling that he was having a hard time trusting her, and perhaps if she told him more about herself than he'd be more comfortable.

Gil thought for a moment. "All your favorites," he answered softly.

Aveline blinked, looking at him, sort of surprised. "My favourite colour is deep purple, my favourite drink is green tea, my favourite poetry book is The Boatman by Jay Macpherson, my favourite sea animal is the cuddle fish, my favourite land animal is the wolverine... I don't have a favourite food. Any song that my dad makes up is my favourite, I love it when he sings." She sighed to herself, trying to think of any other things that were her favourite. "My favourite smell is the smell of matches... Am I missing anything?"

"Nope, I don't think so," he answered. "I like purple too, i love coffee, no poetry, pass, and I love wolves and sharks, and I love the Iris and Rose barmaids," he said. "Their songs are perverted!"
