Aveline stayed in the library all day and then finally walked out once the library closed and it had started to get dark. She was the last peson out of there besides the librarians themselves. She looked up at the sky, and saw the sun almost nearly all of the way down. Her eyes went to Damon and she watched him, standing near the wall once more and opening one of her books, flipping through it.

Damon held his form. He was not going to change with her there...Which could mean a long, miserable night on the statue thing. He simply watched from his form, waiting for her to leave.

"Come on, darling, let's not play these silly games." She said, not looking up from her book. "You don't want to be a statue all night, and I don't want to stand here all night, so if you just shift on back into your human form, it would really benifit the both of us." Aveline smiled to herself. "Besides, I just want to talk to you, I swear upon my life that i've got nothing up my sleeves."

Damon did not budge...For another two hours. He finally cracked the stone and let it fall apart, and then he fully shifted into his human form. "Who are you?" he snapped, hopping off his stand.

"My name's Aveline Bloodlore, if that's what you're asking, as for who I am... That's a tougher question to answer." She smiled at him and snapped her book closed, approaching him. "And your name is Damon, am I correct?" Her eyes showed no form of dishonesty at all, she wasn't planning anything right now.

"It might be," he answered sourly and crossed his arms. "Why are you following me? You're a guard at a museum..." He frowned and narrowed his eyes at her. "What do you want?"

Aveline laughed a little at the look on his face. "What a nast expression, it's far worse then your gargoyle form. Don't screw up that handsome face of yours, you've only got it for half the day." She laughed again and smiled at him. "I think you can answer that question, Damon. Just put two and two together, i'm a guard at a museum, and i'm following you, and your little pals around." The woman gave a lazy wave of her hand.

"...We...like your museums a lot...so you stalk us?" he tried, smirking innocently. Damon approached her for a moment. "So...Is there a bruise still? I know my brother punched you, and I apologize for that. He's not a gentlemen. Let us discuss our...unusual relationship over dinner?" he proposed.

Aveline showed him a light bruise while she answered his questions, "I suppose I do stalk you guys, but well, it's my job." She gave him a perplexed look. "Dinner? What did you have in mind?" Now it was her turn to be suspicious, not that she was nervous or anxious, she was just surprised but his change of attitude.

"Yes. Dinner. I want....Hm....German, or French...something Europey. The restaurant is two blocks away," he said, offering her an arm to escort her. "So a day at the library? Were you researching our family? You'd have better luck in the Archives," he informed her. "Those are across town."

She took his arm calmly, eyes half-lidded. "Researching your family? Ha, no, not today." Aveline showed him the book she was reading, it was a very thick one with the title 'Horrific Diseases of The Human Body'. "I enjoy learning extremely random things, I greatly enjoy the world record books and Believe it or Not." The woman gave a shrug of her shoulders.

"Ah...You should try Uncle John's Bathroom Readers. Those are full of random stories," he informed her as he escorted Aveline. "So why are you stalking us in particular? I've never heard of you or anything...So are you famous or something?"

"Haha, famous? Well, I think you would have heard of me if I were famous." Aveline smiled. "Especially in your profession, you would have definitely heard of me by now." She assured him and sighed. "Why am I stalking you? You still can't figure out why?" She gave him a teasing smile.

"I know why I just wanted to know why you in particular. But I guess it doesn't matter, here we are," he rambled and led her inside. He got a table for them in the back and took a seat. "So why was someone hired to stalk a thief?"
