Lexi smiled a bit "Fracne, I heard the people there are quite rude to the English, though, I bet that's just left over from centuries of bad history." He chuckled a bit, "Well this city isn't the glamour life, it's just a truck pit stop on the way." He looked back down at the menu "Although, I'm sure France has a tad better food then what this place offers, oh well." He glanced back up, his eyes catching the dim over hang light "You should try to be less tense dear, you were sexier back at the ngiht club when you were relxed."

When he pointed it out she relaxed back into her seat, crossing her arms loosely over her stomach and crossing her left leg over her right legs knee. "I'm apologize." Alarissa murmured and let out a breath. "You don't like it here in this city?" She asked, honestly curious, Lexi seemed to think very little of it.

Lexi shrugged, placing the menu down. "I've been here too long, it has a fun night life but the days are so boring." He smiled a bit as she relaxed, seeing her features stick out a bti more. "I'm just looking for something a little more interesting, I know the parites will get boring, and you can only see so many woman before it starts to lose it's meaning." He leaned back in the chair, sighing. "Life can get so dull..."

"Yes, I understand where you are coming from completely." Alarissa gave him a very idle smile. "That's another reason why I left France, because it grew far too blase for my liking. Here though... Well, if you know the right people your life can remain rather interesting." She winked at him.

Lexi grinned "Interesting people? And who have you met that has kept your time here so fun? All there is are drunks, crack heads, pale skinned goths, and a few mangy muts." He rolled his eyes, blinking in a bit of surprise "Oh! shi-, I didn't mean any offence to you dear!" He had remembered she looked like one of those goths. "I'm sorry, you're much different from them!" He tried to fix what he had said.

She laughed brightly at his mistake, a pure smile on her lips. "Oh my!" Alarissa giggled and shook her head at him. "What a man you are, so amusing, so cute." She leaned forward, folding her arms on the table leisurely. "Is that all you know of the people? You haven't delved any deeper than that into the city?" The female asked, she was clearly amused.

Lexi chuckled a little nervously as the mood lightened, making him smile a bit. "I know lots about the city," He gently placed a hand on her arm, though it was a shiver of pleasure up the leg that she felt, almost like it was grabbing her. "I practically grew up in the streets. My family was never that rich so I had to fend for myself a lot." He gently rubbed her arm.

"Mm, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger as they say." Alarissa replied, watching his hand for a moment. She tried to ignore the feeling that he was sending her, she needed to think straight still. "Well, why don't you tell me what you know, darling?" She said, pressing him slightly for more information.

He raised his brow a bit, grinning "Oh please, I'm no one interesting. I'm curious about you, my dear." He held her hand gently, trying to turn the tables a bit. "What do you know about this city? And how long have you been here? Have you seen everything?" He was firing out the questions to keep her busy.

Alarissa smiled, outrighly showing him her sharp canines. "I'm so much more curious about you though, please, answer my question." She replied smoothly, not allowing him to try and roll the dice in his favour.

Lexi smirked a bit, a shiver going up his spine as he saw the sharp canines. Everything started to match up for him, she is one of those pale skinned 'goths'. He didn't lose his calm though, "Well, let me ask you one thing then. Have you seen the mutts that roam these streets? Awfully nasty things with their fur and sharp teeth." He shook his head, "Beastly things, some of them get really big too, some people say that they've seen almost human sized dogs, like big wolves... strange ehh?" The grasp around her leg tightened a bit, holding her leg in it's place.

"Yes, such dirty mongrels they are, I really do detest them." She smiled even though she was nervous of the grip on her, if she had to she'd deal with it. "I think it'd be in the cities best interest to get rid of them." Alarissa looked undeniably pleased, she could barely believe how quickly and how well this was going.

Lexi glanced around a bit, wondering if he should be leaving, "You know, this city has some sort of bat infestation too, really troublesome. I'd probably be better off just leaving town, maybe find a nice place in France or something." He smirked to her, still holding her hand. "There are just so many pests, it's a wonder the city doesn't do something about it." The grip on her leg remained the same. "Although, it's interesting to see the little bats flying solo at times. I always wonder, are they being followed? Are the searching? Maybe they'll get eaten or attacked by a mutt." His grin turned a bit evil "Maybe they'll just disappear into the shadows and never find their way home."

She hummed in response, not taking offense to being called a pest, she'd certainly heard worse than that. Alarissa lifted one of his hands and turned it so the palm was facing upward, she gave it a kiss, her eyes never leaving his. "Or perhaps the bat is a little thirsty." She whispered hotly and scraped one of her canines against his hand. "And just maybe the bat really likes the shadows..." Her tongue peaked out and she licked the tip of one of his fingers before she let their hands down onto the table again.

Lexi shivered a bit, letting out a breath as she played with his hand. She was toying with him, he knew it, but there wasn't much he could do. They were both creatures of the night, so she would be just as strong as he would be. He grinned a bit, pulling his hand back. "So what do the other bats want with the shadows?" He still looked around, trying to spot any others. His voice was less playful now, knowing the situation could get worse. "It would be bad for business if other bats began to interfere... and they will interfere, I know." He glared to her "So why you then?"
