Elise didn't by the innocent 'just curious' gig, but she shrugged. ''I'll talk to my dad about it. Where is it at?" she asked, guessing that if there was alcohol for minors, it was illegal. Her dad probably would know where it was then- He was an alocholic, and an abuser. She had the bruise on her back to proove it. He was also into dog-fights (knowledge from traumatic experience). She inwardly sighed. I shouldn't get into this.
Cassie studied the book while their teacher droned on and on and on. She passed him a note. It read: My parents were the rulers of the elven kingdom. They got assassinated. She was telling him this because she felt bad about being so mean to him about many things, and not providing an explanation. They'd known each other for six years now, so she figured it was time to tell him. Maybe a little late but he should know.
''It's alright, Eric. She's just window shopping for what she wished she had,'' she shot back and smiled. ''Jess, I'm not purposefully walking into your territory. I just want to be friends with Eric- He's useful for the cause of Sodas at Lunch, a very important cause. So, please, chill. We could probably be friends too?" Hillary smiled at her.

"It's right outside The Black Sheep- we use the main street as our track. It's at eleven. I could pick you up if you want." he offered, adrenalline rushing through him at the very thought of speeding through the city with her on the back of his motorcycle. "And maybe I could even convince your dad. You know, most of the time I don't crash and burn like I did with you." he reassured her, smiling playfully.
Stephen read the note and then re-read it again. Looking up at her, he mouthed "Are you serious?" . He'd always known Cassie had that regal heir about her, but he'd never guessed it was something like this. Passing the note back to her, he wrote 'So can't you just refuse to take the throne?'. He hated the thought of her leaving and never seeing her again, not that he would EVER admit it.
Eric winced, this time putting his arm around his girlfriend to keep her from lunging foreward towards Hillary. Jessica glared up at Hillary and spat, "Since when did trailer trash move so high up on the food chain? Don't kid yourself, Hillary. Your the easiest thing around here- you'd fuck any guy that'd take you." Jessica snickered, looking the girl up and down like she was disgusted. "Why don't you two take a break from eachother." Eric sugguested, trying to pull Jessica with him towards the opposite end of the room.

''Crash and burn like you did with me how?'' she asked, confused. ''And a pickup would be nice. My dad will be fine with me going, it's the ride that would have been the problem,'' she assured him. She used another piece of paper to pass him her address and her phone number.
She wrote back, 'I don't know. If I can, they didn't tell me. Anyways, I have to watch my figure so that way when the times comes I can find someone...suitable to mate with and take the throne with...I don't want to...I really don't want to.' She sighed softly and slid the note to him and answered a question from the teacher.
Hillary's eyes narrowed. Jessica took that one step too far. She moved away, but there was a cold draft in the room and it wasn't from the air conditioner. I am so going to beat her, she thought angrily. Stupid, flat-chested bitch.
Samantha- Sam- looked up as the teacher asked her to deliver something to the office. She took the envelope and walked out and made her way to the courtyard, walking through quietly and glancing at the guy from earlier- the creepy guy. She picked up her pace and stood outside the main office's doors, waiting to be buzzed inside. There were a few other kids in the courtyard, some just as creepy, if not more, as the guy from lunch. Come to think of it, isn't he in my first three class? Hm. she thought and was drawn out of her thoughts as the other guys in the yard called her attention. ''Hey, cutie, what's a good girl like you doing out of class?" One asked and started towards her. She jabbed the Main Office Door-bell again and pleaded to God that she be let inside. These were the kinds of kids you avoided even in the day-time.

*Guess I'm not doing too bad after all- I got her number, although not exactly the way I planned. I guess she goes for the sincere type. I can do that....I think* Remembering she had asked a question, he refocused his thoughts. "You know, me trying to hit on you back in the cafeteria and you totally rejecting me." he explained, wincing as he remember the crash and burn. "And yeah, I can totally pick you up. You don't mind motorcycles, do you?" he asked, a mischevious smile creeping across his lips. His thoughts drifing elsewhere, Race stared at Elise for a minute. Sticking to his usual bluntness, he randomly said, "Your really pretty, you know that."
Stephen flinched as he read her words. For some reason, the idea of her finding a 'suitable mate' really othered him- more than it should have with her being his sister and all. Swallowing, Stephen cursed to himself. He really didn't need this in his life- him falling for his 'sister' really wasn't something he had anticipated, or even wanted. Therefore, the best alternative seemed to be denial, plain and simple. 'What exactly do you mean by a suitable mate?' he wrote back, his hands shaking as he did so.
As Jessica left the room to use the restroom, Eric moved to the back of the room and sat next to Hillary. "Look, I'm sorry about her. She shouldn't have said those things about you." he apologized sincerely, hoping she was as carefree about this as everything else.
Greg looked up from his drawing, his eyes locking on Samantha for a minute before drifting over to the boys calling out to her. Pushing his drawing and pencil to the side, Greg prepared to get up and hadle things if they escilated any further.

''Oh, when you and your brother kept flirting?" She shot him a sarcastic expression and shrugged with a smile. ''Your brother is arrogant...And hell yeah, I like motorcycles.'' Elise grinned again as she drifted off in thought of the night to come, and then flushed at compliment. ''Well, thanks.'''
'Someone who can rule reasonably and treats me well, and someone whose genetics will combine with mine in a way that will create a good heir.' Cassie made a sad face. 'I don't want to be royalty anymore.'
''I'm going to punch her,'' she told him bluntly. ''I may dress like a slut, but I'm not one, and she's a jealous bitch for thinking so. Why the hell is a nice guy like you dating her anyways?" She looked at him, shrugged.
Samantha pressed the button again while the boys surrounded her, talking to her but clearly not in a respectable way. She kept pushing the button. Where were the adults in the building? ''Please go away, please,'' she mumbled nd turned to face them, blue eyes filled with fear and flickering to each face. ''Aw, you don't like us?" One guy asked, feigning a pout before stepping forward and touching her shoulder, making her move away. ''C'mon, you're so tense. Let us show you a good time...''

"Just being honest." he said, surpirsed at how well this whole honesty thing was going with her. "So, have you ever been to a street race before?" he asked, eyes eager with anticipation for the night as he leaned towards her a bit.
'You don't have to be so stoic about it. Cassie, this isn't just another math proble- this is the rest of your life. Don't you want to be with someone you care for and that cares for you.' he wrote, pretending to pay attention to the teacher as he passed the note back to her.
Eric laughed at her reaction. "She's actually a really nice, caring girl. She just gets a little possessive when it comes to me." he explained, his tone still apologetic. "Please don't punch Jess, she means well and all." he said, glancing over at the door to make sure she hadn't come back from the bathroom yet.
In one quick movement, Greg shot up from his seat, moving behind the guy and standing a good few inches taller than him. "I highly doubt your idea of a good time is the same as hers.." Greg laughed, his voice chilling with a threatening undertone.

''No. My dad might have been,'' she answered, shrugging. ''And...you...go to them or you race?" she asked, scratching her head. Boy, there wasn't anyone paying attention in this class, it seemed.
'Of course I do. But I need to meet my duties if I have to- if I knew I didn't have to do any of them, I wouldn't be. I never wanted to rule...' she wrote, sighing softly. 'I don't want to leave.' Cassie smiled at him sadly.
''Uh huh. About as well as a snake,'' she muttered. Hillary sighed and pretended to pay attention to the government book in front of her. She sighed and doodled on a spare piece of paper.
Sam watched him approach and the guys continued their jokes. They looked up at the darker man and flinched, taking a step back. She heard a buzz and fell backwards into the main office, and the group scattered out of fear of being caught in a fight. Sam's skirt had flown up to the intersection of her thighs- luckily covered in panty hose. There was a hole on one leg, and the skin revealed through the hole was scared in dark, ugly lines. She pulled her skirt down and stood. ''Th- Thanks,'' she stammered and disappeared inside.

"Definately Race." Race added, a shimmer in his eyes. "Ironic, right? My name and all- yeah, Racing is pretty much half my life. Its what I was born to do. I prefer racing motorcycles, but I'll race cars if the betters pay me enough." he explained. "I don't really do it for the money though, I do it for the adrenalline rush, and the feel of going 100 plus mph on a motorcycle- it feels like flying. I could show you sometime." he added, his smile broadening.
That sad smile of hers hit him hard. He swallowed, crumbling the note in his hands. He couldn't help it, couldn't hold back the feeling- the note immediately turned to ash in his hands- not even lighting on fire. Stephen slowly blew the ashes off of his desk, an empty, numb look on his face as he thought of how life would be without her.
Sighing, Eric moved back to his desk, glad to see that his girlfriend had cooled down when Jessica finally returned from the bathroom. For the rest of the period she was all over him, running her fingers through his hair and up his arms. Eric returned the affection as much as he could- he wasn't all that comfortable with PDA's, especially in front of Hillary for some reason.
Greg stood there, waiting by the doorway. He decided he'd better walk her back to her class just incase those guys decided to come back. He was quiet as he watied, thinking about the marks he had seen on her thighs. Well, she was just full of surprises. He would have to talk to her about an alterative form of stress management, cause he couldn't stand the thought of her hurting herself.

''Sure, okay. I like flying,'' she said, smiling and winking. I guess if we really got to know each other, I could show him what it's like to really fly. she thought, smiling at the idea of him with little fairy wings. She giggled when she made them pink.
Cassie stared at the ash on the floor and her eyes grew worried for him. She looked away as she was told to pay attention. This teacher was growing to be a majore pain in the butt.
Sam came outside and glanced up at him, nodded in acknowledgement, and then continued to her class. She walked tall and proud, as if she had nothing to hide. Wow, what a front she had.

Race grinned, a mischevious smile popping into his head. Pretending to stretch out, he rested his arm on Elise's shoulder, the classic move that any self-proclaimed ladies man had to know. "What else do you like, Elise?" Race asked, his tone slightly sugguestive.
Stephen was quiet the rest of the period, not saying much- it kinda put a downer on the day when you found out your only friend- and possibly more- was leaving you for better things.
Greg walked beside her, silent for a few minutes before speaking. "I though self-mutilation was a sin in the eyes of god." he said, his voice low yet intriguing as he spoke to her. He didn't talk much- most people didn't even know what his voice sounded like.

Elise lifted his arm up and over her and set it down in his lap. ''I like it when guys who like me don't move in on my body on the first date,'' she informed him and rolled her eyes. ''Seriously. If you're picking me up via motorcycle, you'll get me all over you soon enough, right?'' she asked, amused with his antics.
Sam looked up at him, inwardly cringing. ''My cat scratched me. I have not sinned,'' she informed him as she reached the door and opened it, holding it open for him to go inside. ''Thank you for helping me. I...I'm grateful. Have a good afternoon,'' she said and headed towards her classroom.

"Yeah, but its no fun if it's one ended." Race said, frowninig slightly. Smiling a second later, Race grinned determinedly. "That's alright. I'll grow on you. Eventually, you''ll come to like me." The bell rang a second later, causing Race to bolt up from his seat. "Hey, you have home economics next too, right? Let me carry your books for you?" he offered, hoping she'd realize he wasn't all about getting up in her personal space.
Greg paused, calling after her just loud enough so that only she could hear. "Lying- does god not also condemn that as another sin?" Turning the other way, Greg walked back to the courtyard and pushed his sketchpad and pencil back into his backpack before walking to his next class. The next time he saw her at lunch, he would have to talk to her about those little cuts of hers among other things.
Bolting up from his seat in economics, Alex literally bolted out the door the second the bell rang and headed to home economics. He couldn't wait to throw whatever ingredients they happened to be messing with today at Race and Hillary.
Stephen was silent as he waited for Cassie to pack up, not saying a word as he walked her to Home economics. He felt torn down by what she had told him, like his feet wegihed a ton and only got heavier with every step he took.
As Eric waved goodbye to his girlfriend, he waited outside the classroom until Hillary came out. "Hey, you have Home Economics next, right? Let me walk you there." he offered, trying to keep his tone as 'were-only-friends-'ly as possible.

Elise smiled and nodded. ''Yeah, I do and that's very kind of you, thanks,'' she said and stood, gathering her bag up for him to carry. Robin stood and headed to the same class as well, her blond curls bobbing with each step.
Sam paused in the hallway, but shook her head and continued. She narrowly avoided Alexi as he bolted, and she got her things and went to home ec with, to her surprise, the boy that had just scolded her. Great she thought and took a seat.
Cassie walked with him silently, holding her things to her chest as she walked. Boy, she was depressed now. This sucked. There has to be something I can do to get out of this... she thought.
Hillary nodded and walked with him. She was redoing her outfit to her liking, smiling when the air hit her stomach and her boobs had cleavage to show. She smiled up at him. ''So...how do you like Government?"

"Anytime. See, I'm not all that bad." Race laughed, taking her bag and slinging it over his should as they walked to home economics. "Hehe, I'm pretty sure Hillary and Alex have this class with us. This should DEFINATELY be interesting." Alone, the triplets weren't all that bad, but together- well, that was a whole other story.
Spotting the girl he had spoken to earlier enter the room, Greg felt bad as he saw the look of dread that spread across her face when she saw that he had this class with her. Standing up, he walked over to her, wanting to set things right- well, as right as things ever got for him at least. "Samantha." he said, remembering her full name from the classes they had together earlier. "I am sorry if my words offended you earlier. I only sought to understand your thinking....you see, I saw you praying at lunch, and although I myself am not religious, I am familiar with the teachings of the bible. Your actions confused me, and perhaps in seeking to understand you I used methods offensive to you. I hope you understand that I am sincerely repentant for my actions." Eric knew he didn'y neccessarily speak like most people- especially most people his age- but in reality he wasn't from this age. He'd never dropped the habit of speaking formally although times had obviously changed.
Stephen was silent as he pushed his way through the masses of annoying teenagers, forming a path for him and Cassie to the home economics room. Finally spotting the triplets, Stephen took a seat beside his brothers, making small talk with them to distract himself from what Cassie had told him last period.
"It's...ah....it's fine." Eric said, distracted for a minute as she 'adjusted' her outfit before looking away. He knew he shouldn't look at Hillary like he did, especially seeing as he had a girlfriend, but he couldn't help it. And its not like she made it any easier with the way she dressed and acted.

''Oh yeah, you guys are...like super bad or something when together, right?" she asked, chuckling to herself at the idea she had of them causing all sorts of mayhem. ''The troublesome trio reunites in Home Economics to wreak mayhem upon the unsuspecting hungry teenagers,'' she teased. She took a seat with him and his siblings, smiling and waving at them. Hillary had dragged along Eric with her to sit with them. She introduced him to them all, and then took a seat to babble with Elise. Cassie stared into space, wishing she could right her situation.
Robin took a seat in the back, staring out into space. No one sat with her- she was always alone. I have to do some stuff tonight to eat tomorrow, she thought sadly, crossing her legs and letting her face rest in her arms as she closed her eyes. She, like Gregory, was homeless. And she made her living by selling herself.
Sam blinked in surprise at Gregory's apology. ''You...You did not offend me, but I appreciate your apology. What my...cat does isn't exactly your business, but God Bless you for your concern,'' she said and smiled slightly. ''Do you have a partner for Home Ec yet?" she asked.
