There's a rumor that the gargoyles of the 'Special Business' offices come to life at night, and fly around haunting the people who came by and disturbed them in anyways. This rumor began when a family that was around 200 years ago noticed that the gargoyles seemed to move from their previous spots from day to day. One by one that family began to disappear. Out of fear, they sold the gargoyle statues to the business after 10 years of this. However, when the people who came by to pick them up came, the statues were missing. They'd mysteriously arrived at the business who'd bought them's giant building. Being delicate, they placed four gargoyles on the outside steps so people would get nervous as they walked in; but it just become a prank spot for teenagers. Another rumor is that the gargoyles take the souls of 3 people on the full moon. The 3 people who'd hurt them the most. To this day, there have been 8 consecutive cases where this rumor has been considered true, but there wasn't enough evidence to support the missing persons cases, and the statues remained in tact. There are now signs begging people not to touch them. The last rumor is that the gargoyles are meant to represent the harsh and cruel family, The Hendersons, of the late 1500's or early 1600's. The above rumors tie into this one, in that the family was like a mob and would make family's and teenagers disappear without notice.
Damon watched from his hideous from as teenagers and children and adults and elderly people walked in and out in some repeatetive dance of boredom and laughs of nervousness. He so badly wished to move, but could not. His left hand burned as some college student left a still lightly lit cigarette in his open palm. I swear I'll get you later, asshole. he vowed inwardly and glanced at his sister and brothers. He could sense their discomfort, and knew they longed for the noon day sun to hurry and shrink down to dusk.

Yawning, Lee ran her fingers through her spiked red hair. Her torn jeans were slid on over bright pink tights, Sketchers pulled on over them. A black tee telling people to stop staring adorned her upper half as she walked through the typical college crowd. It was early for her, being only noon. She was more of a night person, her favorite spots usually opening up around that time.
Passing the gargoyles, she once agian stop to look at them, her eyes wondering over the crude statues. Ignoring the signs that blantenly told the students not to touch, she wandered closer, yawning agian. Coming to the first of them, she put her hand on its face, tracing her fingertips over the lines of it. She smiled slightly, seeing herself in these statues. Sitting down, she leaned up agianst it, trying to decide what she would do for the rest of the day. The warm sun beat down on her, and before she knew it, she was fast asleep.

The gargoyle's stone eyes wandered over the form sleeping against him. He wasn't suprised by this, and wondered if she was homeless. Nah...Probably a kid who needed a nap or something...College student maybe... he concluded and watched as the sun made its way back down to the horizon and dusk hit. He smiled as the building closed and the people left. The only one left was the woman sleeping next to him. Damon felt his stone wings begin to crack and become real and leathery, and his normally ghastly form turn into a handsome young man with cropped (i think) black hair and deep red eyes and pale skin. He made no movements to wake the sleeping woman. Maybe I shouldn't have woken up...But my wings need to stretch as often as possible.

Lee awoke with a strange feeling, opening her eyes in confusion. Her back hurt slightly, and she stretched yawning. Dusk had fallen around her, and she smiled happily. Now she wouldn't have to find something to pass the time. Leaning her head agianst the where the gargoyle was sposed to beshe stretched her legs. Then she froze.
Something was wrong about the way the gargoyle felt under her head. Eyes wide, she looked up, freezing at the now living man. Gasping, she off the steps, backing away from him. "Wha? How?" She tried to form coherient words.

The gargoyle looked at her like she was insane. "Hm...Which asylum are you from?" he joked with her, standing. His demon tale wrapped around his left leg, its tip pointing down and his wings stretching out. In the dark, he looked frightening.
He turned to look over his shoulder slightly at his sister and brothers as they came to life as well. His sister looked to be a 13 year old girl, if that, with dark brown curly hair and light pink eyes and pale skin, like her brothers. Her wings were that of a demented fairy's, but also mixed in like a demons. One of the brothers looked a lot like Damon, except his hair was down to his mid back and had a purple tint to it. The last gargoyle, the other brother, had the pale skin and red eyes, but he looked like he was 16 with blonde hair and he had an eyepatch going over his right eye.
"Brother? You allowed us to be revealed in front of this woman?" the first brother spoke. "Forgive me, Rowen, but my wings needed to be stretched, and my palm needed air." Damon replied, showed the palm of his hand to the brother that had jumped off his seat (for lack of good memory of what it really is) and approached. "Hm..." the brother, Rowen commented and turned to the girl. "Who are you and why are you here?" he demanded to know. Damon and the other two gargoyles looked at her.

Lee's eyes were still wide, her pupils dilated. "I... uh... I..." She stumbled over her words once more. Pursing her lips, she stied to wake herself up. Closing her eyes, walked back and forth mumbling to herself. "It can't be real, it can't be real!" Running her hand through her hair nervously, she opened her eyes, fully expecting the three to be gone. She shrieked when they weren't.
Turning around fast, she started to run away. She tripped over her own feet quickly, as soon as she started, something that happened often for her, but never really caused that much of an issue, just a blush here and there. Trying to pull hersel fup, she felt her knees scrape agianst the concrete, blood welling to the surface.

Damon watched the woman run and motioned for someone to grab her. The younger sister accepted the job and flew over quickly and dropped down with a dancer's grace in front of her. The young girl held her hand out and chanted something inaudible and watched as everything within 20 feet of the girl stopped moving, trapped in a barrier. Then movement picked up again, but the barrier blocked any from escaping. "Are we going to keep her as a prisoner or a pet?" the girl asked, her voice like that of a doll's. "Not likely a pet, Annabella." the blonde haired boy said. Annabella pouted.
Damon jumped off his seat and approached the girl. He tilted his head to the side in curiousity at her. "Why are you here this late?" he asked. "I realize you were sleeping, but did you not have anywhere to go earlier?"

Lee stared up at him, her eyes still wide. "I don't do much during the day..." She finally said, still trying to scoot away from the him. "I swear I didn't mean to fall asleep on you..." she mumbled, looking up at the boy. Her emerold green eyes showed the fear she was feeling. "I'm so sorry." Her mind was yelling at her, telling her to fight back, but her body was frozen.
She tried to get up, her legs shaking.

Damon nodded and knelt down to observe her. "Hm..." he hummed and looked at his sibling. "What do you think? Let her go or temporarily imprisoner her?" he asked them calmly, absently playing with a stray amount of the girl's hair. The little girl grinned. "Let her stay! I'll have someone to play with!" "You already know our answers." the brothers said in unison. Damon nodded and looked at the girl. "My apologies, Miss. Trust issues." he explained and lifted her up and tossed her gently, but still with force of his left shoulder.

She was totally frozen as he played with a strand of his hair, complete captivated by his movements. Soon she was jarred out of that, as he lifted her up.
Lee had always hated feeling weak, as she was small, or 'petite' as her mom always said. Boys were always picking her up and throwing her over their shoulder, or trashcanning her. In the years she had learned some ways of getting away.
Lee screamed this time lashing out at the man. "LET ME GO!" she managed to get her knee in his stomach, and fell from his arms, landing on the concrete. She was immediatly on her feet, running in the opposite direction, toward the steps instead of away from them. She hoped to suprise the two standing there, and did, cutting through them, and climbing the stairs by two. Hopefully she could get to the top and find away around or into the building away from what now was quickly beginning to seem like one of her night terrors.

Damon keeled over, gasping for air. He glared angrily at the girl and watched as his brothers did nothing to catch her. "Get her you fool!" he yelled and stretched his wings out in a menacing way, then flapped them. In one huge rush of air, he was speeding towards the girl at the speed of a speeding car. The brothers looked dumbfounded at what he'd said, and at the girl rushing between them. Rowen finally came back to life and flew after the woman as well. The blonde haired brother shrugged and casually followed them, ignoring his sister behind him. "Aren't you going to listen to him, Leopard?! Idiota!" she yelled and flew after her brothers at delicate speed. Leopard shrugged. "Don't care. I say we should be revealed. Aren't the vampires and werewolves doing that nowadays? The angels? The fallens?" he inquired to someone not there.
Damon reached her first and scooped her up quickly in his arms and darted up towards the sky. He pinned her arms to her sides and her body to his as they flew higher and higher, soon higher than the buildings and streets below. Rowen flew above him to observe carefully, and make sure they were unseen by other bystanders.
Damon paused at his brothers height, glaring at the girl. "You are only making your situation worse, woman." he scolded her, tone very angry. Rowen glared at her as well. "You should be glad we do not kill you."

((I dunno))
Lee clung to Damon, her eyes closed tight. "I... going to throw up." She said, and gagged, the sudden shift into the air. Her body was suffering from major vertigo, not used to the sudden movements. "Go back down, go back down!" She hid her face in his chest. At the moment, she didn't care who it was, her head was spinning like a top.
Killing her didn't seem all that important at the moment, since she was so high in the air.

((kk))
Damon sighed. "I cannot." he murmured softly, then smirked. "So if I drop until I reach my prefered altitude, would you throw up or scream?" he asked.

Lee squeaked, closing her eyes tighter. Her heart was pounding, her ears ringing. Trying to calm herself down, she tried to take deeper breaths, and came up only with the hot air she just breathed. Her head was feeling light, and she felt dizzy.
If only she hadn't gone to sleep agianst the gargoyles, or even just listened to the signs and gone to do something else! Now here she was, far up in the air, with two totally hot guy... Wait, she didn't just think that. They weren't hot. They were monsters for goodness sake, planning on taking her prisoners. She knew what happened in the end of those kind of things. The girl prisoner got killed to silence her. Panicking once agian, she forgot she was high in the air, and tried to push away from him. The result was tremendous, for she opened her eyes, and looked down. Gasping, she felt her body automatically respond, and her lunch came up, falling down. Coughing, she couldn't get enough air, black closing in around the edges of her vision.

Damon, startled, shifted and let her throw up. He watched it fall to the ground, and chuckled when Leopard had to jump out of the way and fly up with him and his siblings. "Ew." "Yeah, yeah...lets head home home." Damon stated and flew slowly towards the Estates.
An hour later, they were standing outside a beautiful old fashioned mansion with towering doors and windows. It was a maginificent white mansion with cracks that made it seem even more elegant than it was already. "Home." Rowen said and opened the door. The inside was just, if not more, magnificent on the inside as it was on the outside. There were many interesting items that would catch anyone's interest.
Damon dismissed himself from his family and walked slowly upstairs, his wings and tail disappearing. He stopped outside a dark red door with an ace card engraved in it. My room. he thought and opened it and walked in. His room was suprisingling normal, compared to the house. The carpet was grey, the walls were white but covered with posters of familiar bands and some unfamiliar ones, newspaper clipings, photos, and even magazine clippings. There was a bookcase with 2 rows of books, 1 row of DVD's, and then ther bottow 2 with random toys and collectible items. There was an oak desk that was covered in out of order papers and pencils and other random things. There was a small dresser by a door that indicated a closet. The bed was a queensized with white sheets and a white comforter and red pillows.
Damon smiled at his room, missing being able to just stay here. He walked in and set the girl under the comforters. Then he turned and left, locking the door behind him. There was no way out of the room.
