Graend laughed and stood striahgt, holding Melody up even higher, he put his knife to her throat, scratching her with it, a thin line of blood appearing. "You know, it's too bad I lied about not killing her... Well, whatev--" He was cut off by a sword being pushed through the area where his heart was placed, he looked down at it, dropping Melody to the ground. Graend looked over his shoulder and saw Aveline standing there, he smiled, "What a woman you are..." He trailed off and looked ahead of himself again, coughing up blood and sinking down to his knees. "Ha... What a way to go." Graend whispered before his eyes closed and he fell forwards onto the ground, dead.

There was a long silence, that Izzy filled when she realized he wasnt' getting up. SHe screamed in pain. Lilly rushed to Melody, picking her up and holding teh other crying child. "Shsh...It's okay baby," she murmured and held her, crying. "Bryce, go help GIl," she said quickly and looked at Aveline. "Are you okay?"

Clavier looked at Aveline, watching her, he could see how glazed over her eyes were and he was surprised that she could even stand up. When she didn't answer he walked over, she seemed to be trying to hold herself up. "Fuck..." He said and saw the stab wounds on her stomach. "Sit down, Aveline." He said and helped her down to the floor. "Lilly, don't let her move, I have to go and get Faye." Clavier snapped before running away.

He returned with Faye a couple of minutes later, the teen looked Aveline over, eyes wide. "Alright, i'm taking her." The elf said, Clavier nodded and watched the girl teleport the woman away. He turned to Lilly and walked over, looking at her and her children, his eyes soft, "Are you alright Melody?" He whispered, touching her cheek, wiping away tears.

Melody nodded. Lilly had found a bandage and bandaged her neck. She was rocking her nervously, looking absolutely petrified. "Oh god...Honey, look away," she said and covered Melody's eyes as she stared at the dead body.

Clavier looked over his shoulder at the body and walked over to it, he hefted it up and dragged it away and down the hall, blood still leaking from it. He took it up on deck and then tossed it into a row boat and then lowered the boat, sending it away into the water. He watched it slowly float away with the corpse in it. "I'll have to pay Gil back later..." He trailed off and then went below deck to find Gil and see how he was doing.

Gil was struggling in his office, trying to pull the sword out. He heard someone approaching. "Graend! You sick fucker! You sick fucker!" he yelled at the person outside.

Clavier walked in and stared at Gil, his jaw dropping, this would've been funny if it weren't so disgusting. "Hey, calm down, Gil. He's dead... It's alright, everyones fine." He assured the man, walking over and pulling the sword out with a quick and strong tug. The demon tossed the sword to the side and studied Gil's leg, grimacing. "That doesn't look to good."

Gil yelped and growled at Clavier. "No, not everyone is fine! He killed Aveline! And my baby! He killed them!" He was sobbing, ready to die. "Just kill me...I don't...I can't live without them...."

"No, no, Gil." He said, trying to calm the man down. "She's alive." Clavier told him seriously, gripping onto his shoulders, giving him a firm shake and staring into his one purple eye. "Aveline killed Graend..."

Gil looked at him. "Really? HOw is she? The baby? Where are tehy now? Take me to see her!" he said, not worried about how bad is leg is.

"The baby... Might be dead..." He whispered honestly, feeling sadness run through him for his best friend. "Faye has Aveline back with the elves, they're treating her right now." Clavier answered and heard someone walk in, he looked over his shoulder and saw Faye, she looked concerned and upset. "Gil, would you like to go and see her? They'll treat your wound too." The elf said, coming over to kneel next to him.

Gil nodded. "Yeah, take me to her," He said quickly, grasping onto her. Lilly came into the room with Melody. "Is everyone ok...." she stopped short when seh saw Gil's leg. "Oh my god..."

Clavier stood and turned to Lilly, he blocked her view, giving the slightest of smiles. "It's alright, maybe you should go and lie down with Melody." He suggested, starting to herd Lilly out of the room gently.
Faye teleported Gil away, the were in a room with two beds when they arrived, the room was full of earthy and neutral colours. Aveline was sitting propped against one of the headboards in one of the beds, dressed in a comfortable night gown. There was an purple-haired elven woman in there, she looked at Faye and Gil when the both of them arrived. "Oh my." She whispered and went over to where the two of them were and removed all of Gil's clothing in a blink of an eye. "Stay still, please." She said, hands over top of his wounds. Faye stepped over to Aveline, lifted the night gown and looked at her stomach, there were no stab wounds visible anymore.
