Melody blushed more when he told her to control herself. She frowned a bit as he went on though. He definitely was an aristocrat. "You know, where I come from, hot means jaw-dropping and pretty means beautiful," she told him, her blush fading. "I think you're beyond reasonably good-looking...What word do the aristocrats use for that? Is it beautiful? Handsome? Cause you're both of those too." Her eyes were filled with honesty, as were her features. She was going to hear the answer, and then leave...well, try to leave.

"Words that show more couth would be; desirable, gorgeous, handsome, refined, attractive." He listened off, combing his free hand slowly through his hair, noticing that her blush had disappeared, most-likely from how blunt he had been from his distaste. "If speaking about you I would say; beautiful, feminine, delicate, sensual, attractive, good-looking, eye-catching, dazzling, etcetera." Jareth continued, looking her over slowly before his eyes met with hers once again. "You're very beguiling, I must honestly say."

Her breath got stuck in her throat at that. Her cheeks warmed up ten-fold and she stared at him again. She did this for a few moments before she realize it and covered her face. "Gah, you're making me blush!' she chirped out in embarrassment. He had won the argument though.

Jareth sat up straighter, leaning forwards in his seat, elbows resting on his knees as he watched her. "When Aveline arrives, I would very much appreciate it if you came back here to tell me, and please don't tell her I was looking for her, i'd like it to be a surprise." He explained quietly while she had her little she had her little embarassment attack.

Melody mock-saluted. "Yessir," she said and stood. "I should probably head off then. I'll come by in a few days," she said and started for the door.

"Come back whenever you like, i'm here every day for the most part." He called after her, watching her rear end and then looking back up to her face as to not seem rude. Jareth would really have to fix her and her conversational habits if she were to be hanging around him more often.

Melody nodded and headed out, tugging her boots on outside and then walking home. She wasn't sure if she was sincerely welcome back at his house or not. She wanted to go back, because he'd given her enough flattery that she felt like an actual lady, but she figured he only wanted to see Aveline, so she'd only visit whenever she came by.

FF - Couple Days Later
Aveline, Gil, and the twins reached the cottage in early afternoon. Aurora ran off ahead to the door and went to run inside but the door wouldn't open and she ran right into it. "OW!" The girl wailed and fell back onto the ground on her but and glared at the door, she hated when that happened. Her mother witnessed this and laughed to herself, unable to help it, how could a person not laugh at something like that? Looking over her shoulder she saw Levi slinking slowly along behind, she rolled her eyes and gestured for him to hurry his ass up.
Jareth was waiting patiently at his home for any word of Aveline from Melody, he was trying to choose the perfect weapon to do the job, and find a way to get past Aveline's abilities, which would be tough, since she didn't exaclty allow anyone to get to close to her.

Izzy answered the door with Sander, smiling at them. Sander laughed at the form of Aurora, shaking his head. "Really?! You did it again!?" he teased and moved out of the entryway so that they could all come in. The rest of the children were up- some were doing their chores and some were playing already. Lilly was in the kitchen, cooking. She smiled over her shoulder and called out a cheery greeting to them.
Melody came downstairs and saw them. She ran over and hugged Aveline tightly, and then her 'uncle' Gil. "hey! I've gotta make a run, but when I get back, we should try this spicy restaurant together!" she proposed, eyes shining. GIl was, as usual, taken aback by how much she resembled him. He smiled and kissed her forehead. "Sure, sweetheart," he murmured and watched her run off. "....She's just like me," he mumbled to Aveline, looking a bit surprised.
Melody ran down the street and through the trees until she finally reached Jareth's house. She stumbled up to the door and knocked abruptly, panting. She wanted to get back as soon as possible to see her relatives again.

Aurora made a face, stuck her tongue out at Sander, jumped up and ran into the house, she went straight for Lilly, hugged her around the waist then darted away to find some other people. Clavier showed up and got momentarily mauled by the little fireball before he could even get over to see Aveline and Gil.
Aveline looked up at Gil, eyebrows raised, "She's much nicer than you are though. When we first met you were an ass. You still are sometimes." She elbowed him in the stomach gently and walked over to Clavier, giving him a hug and a kiss on the cheek, she had missed him a lot, it was hard travelling without him. "Hi, Lilly!" The woman called right after and grinned before she got ahold of Sander and kissed him on top of the head, then gave him a noogie. Levi walked in at about this point, grimaced at the sign of 'free noogies' as his mother liked to call them, and started to creep away to the kitchen to get to Lilly.
He slide open the thin shutter door almost immediately and looked down at her, a small smirk on his lips. "You look exhausted, need something to drink?" Jareth asked, leaning up against the tiny doorframe.

Lilly oofed when she got tackled by the little fireball. She looked around and spotted Levi heading into the kitchen. She pulled him into a hug and kissed his forehead. "Hey, buddy, you hungry?" she asked him softly. She heard some of her kids walk in and sit at the table patiently for food.
melody waved a hand in front of her face. "No thanks. Haven't had food yet, and I'm gonna eat my mama's stuff when I get back. But Aveline and Gil are here now," she said, smiling up at him. "They just got in."

"I'm not very hungry right now, thanks for asking though..." He trailed off quietly, he smiled at his aunt and hugged her back for a second and then stepped away. His hair was a mix of dark and electric blue and his eyes were still as golden as ever. Levi looked at the kids around the table and waved slowly in greeting. "I am pretty thirsty though..."
The man felt excitement race through him and he let an entire smirk appear on his lips as he looked at the teen. "Thank you for telling me." Jareth said, cupping the side of her face in one hand and then leaning down and kissing her other cheek. He moved away, hand lowering to his side again. "Come around more often, Melody."

Lilly smiled and abandoned the waffles and eggs on the stove to pour them some lemonade and tea. "Here you go," she said and handed him the glass. That was all they had that was special for the moment. Lilly needed to do more grocery shopping. She returned to her post at the stove.
Melody's heart faltered she froze, cheeks warming up and lips parting. She stared up at him, eyes wide. "S....So you really do want me to come around more often?" she asked. "Or just when Aveline's in town?"

"No, i'd like you to come around more often, not just when Aveline is around." Jareth replied honestly, he felt pirde well up inside of himself at his good work. He could tell that she was seriously attracted to him and he knew that would help with his plotting in the long run. No, he was not going to kill Aveline immediately, he was going to stalk her, and perhaps the next time she came for a visit he'd kill her.

Melody flushed and nodded. "Ookay, I will visit," she said and nodded her head, eyes wide. A really attractive guy wanted her to come around more often! She was having trouble containing herself, but she managed.
FF- 3 Days Later
Melody was at his door again. She'd taken her time getting there, but she was still gonna take her shoes off before entering the house. She knocked on his door, looking at the plants and animals around his home silently. She had a basket with her- since he wanted her to visit more often, she'd probably be bringing food or drink over since that was polite. She had some sweet rolls she'd made with her.
